Getting started.

Is it easy to create my own product range?

Yes. We have a streamlined 4-step process for creating your branded product range with us. Our team is here to support you every step of the way. Here's how it works.

What are the benefits to my business?

There are many good reasons to stock your own white-label product range, including boosting your profits through increased sales, building client loyalty by encouraging repeat business, growing your brand to attract new customers, and enhancing your business and reputation for greater market opportunities. How much time will I need to invest in the set-up?

The time you invest in crafting your product range is entirely up to you. Our streamlined 4-step process has been honed over the years to ensure maximum efficiency and the best use of your time. You can choose how much involvement you have, from testing samples to designing your labels. Your Brand Hair Products was born out of the grooming industry, so we understand that running a business is your top priority.

Can I start small and add products as my business grows?

Yes. Absolutely. We have a minimum opening order value of $500, £500 or €500, allowing you to test the market and gauge customer response. Once you're ready to increase your order, we offer a tiered structure that includes discounts of 10%, 15% and 20% based on your total spend.

Sample products.

Can I choose which currency I shop with?

Yes. We accept GBP, EUR, and USD. A pop-up will appear the first time you arrive at our website. Choose the currency you would like to use while shopping with us. You can change your currency at any time by clicking the currency symbols at the top of the website.

Can I order sample products online?

Yes. You can order all our sample products online. We have several sample boxes for you to try. If you would prefer to contact us directly, please email your order to sales@yourbrandhairproducts.com or call us at +44 (1772) 469815.

Can I choose products for my sample box?

Each sample box contains carefully selected products that showcase a particular range. As such, the products in each sample box can't be changed, but you can order more than one sample box should you wish to experience all our white-label products. Take a look at our sample box contents here.

Is artwork included with my sample box?

Our sample products are packaged and branded Your Brand Hair Products. They do not include artwork. However, to help you choose a finish for your labels, we include a sample label package with every sample box that showcases our range of finishes.

Design and order process.

Can I supply my own artwork?

Yes. We are more than happy to provide label templates and work with your chosen designer. Once your designs are finalised and print-ready, they will be set up on our in-house system and stored for future orders. Standard order lead times apply. When will I hear from the design team?

Our design team will contact you to start creating your custom-branded labels within 3 - 4 working days of the accounts department receiving your invoice payment.

Can I provide my own packaging?

If you purchase under our standard terms and conditions, you cannot provide your own packaging. However, if you are interested in a more bespoke approach, where you could provide your own packaging, please contact us for more information on this process and how it works. Can I see my products mocked up?

You will receive label designs for artwork approval before your order goes into production. The majority of our customers find this process sufficient. If you would like to see your product range before approval, we can provide mock-ups on request. Please contact us for a quote. The design team will make the necessary arrangements for you.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

New customers and existing customers requiring a rebrand: Once you have paid for your artwork and products, our design team will create custom-branded labels for your chosen product range. Once you are happy with the final designs and approve your artwork, your order will be dispatched within 20 working days.

Repeat customers: We will dispatch your order within 10 working days from the date you pay your invoice.

Delivery times will vary subject to your shipping destination and requirements.

When will I receive my invoice?

When placing an order with us, you can expect to receive your invoice within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). During busy periods this can take a little longer. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received your invoice within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, if you still haven't received/found your invoice, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.

Do you offer POS or other printing services?

Yes. We have a range of point-of-sale stands available, all designed with our products in mind and ready to showcase your custom-branded product range. We can also provide custom-branded print for use in your business. Please contact us for further information.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do. Discounts are set at 10%, 15% or 20% based on net spend (not including shipping, artwork or taxes). The minimum spend differs based on currency, so please get in touch to request a price list or speak to a member of our team who will be happy to help.

Contents and containers.

Can I mix and match packaging for different ranges?

Yes. Our process gives you full control over the branding of our products. You can choose any of our packaging options for the products you wish to retail in your business. Take a look at the product listings within our sample boxes for detailed product information, packaging sizes and container finishes.

Can I request custom packaging?

Yes. If you require bespoke custom packaging for your products, please contact us for lots more information on how this process works.

Can I purchase unlabelled products?

Unfortunately not. We are obligated, by law, to send all products with the following minimum requirement for labelling: ingredients list, safety information and the registered responsible person.

Can I modify an existing formulation?

Unfortunately not. We are unable to offer custom formulations.

Can you manufacture custom products from a PIF?

Unfortunately not. Manufacturing custom products is not a service we offer.

What inspires your fragrance scents?

Our fragrances are inspired by some of the best-selling brands on the market. We work hard to bring you fragrances that your clients will love and keep coming back for more. Choose our Perfume Edition or Cologne Edition Hair Care & Style Collection sample box to try them for yourself.

Our product range also contains some of our all-time favourite scents, such as Sandalwood and Lavender, along with more unusual fragrances, including Melon and Lemongrass.

Can I request custom scents?

Unfortunately not. We are unable to offer custom scents at this time.

Shipping and delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We have customers all over the world in more than 50 countries. Due to the nature of our products, certain items, such as pressurised containers, may be subject to restrictions in your area. Please contact us to check before ordering. With a few exceptions, all our products and sample boxes can be shipped worldwide.

When can I expect my delivery?

Your delivery date will depend on your shipping destination. Subject to specific requirements or factors outside of our control affecting delivery timescales, customers shipping to the UK can expect next-day delivery from the dispatch date. If your order is destined outside of the UK, you will receive information from our courier partner, including the expected delivery timescale. We always use the fastest and most cost-effective delivery option available.

Can I arrange my own shipping/collection?

Yes. This is known as 'ex works'. You choose your courier/haulier, and we will provide you with your packaged order's weight and size dimensions. Once you have sent us the labels, we will ensure your order is ready for collection.

Can I order if your courier does not deliver to my area?

Yes, absolutely. Please complete your order, including your full shipping address, email, and telephone number. We will contact you with a personalised shipping quote within 2-3 working days. Once you have the costs, we will confirm that you wish to proceed before shipping your products.

Can I pay extra to expedite my order?

In some circumstances, yes. All orders destined for the UK are dispatched for next-day delivery, often with additional options for specifying morning (AM) or timed deliveries. Orders destined outside the UK can vary in terms of expediting options—which can be costly and not available in all countries. If you require expedited shipping, please get in touch (quoting your invoice number). We'll do our best to help.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Saturday delivery is only available for orders destined for the UK and Northern Ireland.

Can I order without an EORI number, if not how do I get one?

We can only ship an order destined for Europe with an EORI number. Since the UK left the EU single market, there has been no free trade movement. The EU now requires an EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number, which allows your order to pass through customs as it crosses international borders. Please visit the European Commission website for information, guidance, and how to apply.

Can I order without a TAX ID, if not how do I get one?

The minimum threshold for import tax, applicable in the USA, when importing goods from the UK is $800 (this is for products only and does not include shipping or service costs). Goods valued below that are not subject to duty.

If your order exceeds the value of $800, you will require a TAX ID to pay the applicable duties and ensure that your order can be delivered. Please contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) if you do not currently have a TAX ID. They will guide you through the application process to register your business with your state.
