ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Who is your white-label service designed for?

Our white-label service is designed for professional salons, barbershops or entrepreneur looking to launch or expand their own branded product ranges, without the complexity of in-house formulation and manufacturing.

Do you work with start-up brands as well as established businesses?

Yes, we work with both start-up brands and established businesses.

For start-ups, we provide a clear, guided process that helps founders launch with confidence. Our approach allows new brands to enter the market efficiently while maintaining a premium standard.

For established brands, salons and barbershops, we offer scalable production, consistent quality and reliable lead times, helping to support your growth.

FORMULATION & PRODUCTS

Are your formulas exclusive or shared across multiple brands?

Our white-label formulas are proven, tested formulations that may be used across multiple brands. This allows us to maintain consistent performance, compliance and production efficiency.

Exclusivity can be discussed for larger volume clients or long-term partnerships, subject to minimum volumes and commercial agreement. This ensures exclusivity is meaningful and sustainable for both parties.

Can formulas be customised, or are they fixed?

Our formulas are fixed and cannot be altered.

Each product has been extensively tested for performance, stability and regulatory compliance, and for this reason the formulations must remain unchanged. This approach ensures reliability, consistency and faster time to market for our clients.

INGREDIENTS & COMPLIANCE

Are your products sulphate and paraben free?

Yes. All our products are sulphate and paraben free, in line with modern haircare standards and professional salon expectations.

This makes our formulations suitable for a wide range of hair types and for brands positioning themselves as gentle, premium and contemporary.

Are your products compliant with UK and EU regulations?

Yes. All products are manufactured in accordance with UK and EU cosmetic regulations and are registered on the CPNP.

For EU based customers, an EORI number is required to enable importation and distribution within the EU.

Do you provide MSDS and compliance documentation?

We provide the necessary compliance documentation required to place products on the market, including confirmation of CPSR and product registration.

However, PIF (Product Information File) documents are not shared. This is standard practice and ensures the integrity of our formulations and regulatory processes.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQs)

What are your minimum order quantities?

Our minimum order quantities are structured to support new and growing brands while remaining commercially viable for production.

Can we start with a small run and scale later?

Yes. Many of the brands we work with begin with a focused initial run and scale production as demand grows.

After the first order, there is no minimum order quantity for reorders, making it easier to manage cash flow, respond to sales performance and grow at a sustainable pace.

SAMPLING & DEVELOPMENT

Do you offer samples before placing an order?

Yes. We strongly encourage ordering one of our sample packs, which are available directly through our website.

Our sample packs allow you to experience the quality, performance and suitability of our formulations before committing to production and help you make informed decisions about which products best fit your brand or salon/barbershop.

Can I get the samples branded with my logo?

Our sample products are packaged and branded Your Brand Hair Products. They do not include artwork. However, to help you choose a finish for your labels, we include a sample label package with every sample box that showcases our range of finishes.

PACKAGING & BRANDING

Do you supply packaging or can we source our own?

We supply all packaging used for our white-label products and are unable to work with customer supplied packaging.

We currently offer five packaging ranges to suit different brand positions:

• Standard range: Gloss White, Gloss Black, Silver Aluminium
• Premium range: Classic Amber, Matte Black Aluminium

Our team can advise on the most suitable packaging option based on your brand positioning and product selection.

Do you offer label design or artwork support?

Yes. We have a talented in-house creative team who specialise in bringing white-label haircare brands to life.

Once we receive your logo and brand direction, our designers can help develop label concepts, layout ideas and visual direction, ensuring your products look polished, professional and retail-ready. We also ensure all artwork meets regulatory and compliance requirements, so your products are ready to go to market with confidence.

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

What are your typical production lead times?

For new customers, production lead time is 20 working days from final artwork approval. The overall timeline will depend on how quickly the design process is completed and the number of artwork revisions required.

For reorders, production is faster, with a turnaround of 10 working days.

This streamlined approach allows brands to bring products to market rapidly, making our white-label service ideal for launches, range extensions and fast moving opportunities.
