Sample Pack Orders

All sample pack orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.

 

Production Lead Times

First Orders: Your first bespoke order will be dispatched within 20 working days from artwork approval.

This allows time for artwork checks, label production and manufacturing to ensure your products meet our quality standards.

Repeat Orders: Repeat orders are typically dispatched within 10 working days from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.

 

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs procedures depending on the destination country.

European Union (EU): Customers ordering from the European Union must provide a valid EORI number before their order can be dispatched.

If a valid EORI number is not supplied, we may be unable to process your shipment.

Please note that orders shipped to the EU may also be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or other local charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States (US): Customers ordering from the United States may be required to provide a Tax ID number.

Where required, we will contact you before dispatch to obtain these details.

Customs & Import Charges

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority are not included in our product or shipping prices.
